Welcome to Kindale Property Investors

Kindale is a well established 35 year old privately owned group of property companies comprising of Kindale Ltd, Kindale LLP, and a Directors Pension Fund and enjoys a reputation for being active and tenacious property investors.

We specialise in the property investment market across the whole of the UK but in particular focusing on sites located within close proximity to major regional centres.

Whilst our core business is primarily industrial property we also acquire and invest in retail or office opportunities if we see sufficient potential.

We concentrate on acquiring properties in need of active hands on asset management and sometimes an extensive refurbishment programme.

Our portfolio is widespread and varied and is in excess of £40 million, which produces an annual rent roll of £3-4 million.

We are always keen to acquire commercial property investment opportunities in lot sizes from between £500,000 to £5 million.
