Circa 20,500 sq ft of 1950’s industrial units. Having acquired the 50 year leasehold interest Kindale subsequently negotiated a new 125 year lease on the site which totals 1.5 acres. Kindale were represented by Wadham & Isherwood.The rear half of the site has now been sold to an owner occupier. A new 10 year lease has been agreed with one of the tenants currently previously occupying the rear of the site for them to take the larger building & office to the front part of the site.
