Comprising of 13,150 sq ft of Industrial space which is currently let until Sept 2014 and producing a rental of £64,000 pax on FRI terms. The investment was purchased to show an initial yield of circa 8%. The vendors were represented by Rumsey & Partners ( London) and Kindale by Ereira Mendoza.
