Kindale are delighted to confirm the purchase of the TDG Industrial Estate, Dean Road, Avonmouth. The estate comprising approximately 60,000 sq ft of industrial units and a separate office sits on a site of 6.4 acres. The purchasers were represented by Knight Frank (Bristol) and the vendors were unrepresented.
