Kindale Ltd - Property Investors Acquisitions

Kindale have acquired The Durban Centre, Bognor Regis from a private investor for £1.6m. The property comprises of 9 refurbished industrial units totalling circa 25,000 sq ft, 11,000 sq ft of which is let to Howdens until 2022. One of the units is vacant, providing Kindale with the opportunity of increasing the rent roll to £174,000 per annum. Savoy Stewart acted for Kindale and Michael Jones represented the vendor.
